"Scale-It-Up Project" Our Grade 6 students recently completed the Scale-It-Up Project in math class, and the results are phenomenal! Each student brought in a candy wrapper and used their knowledge of ratios and proportions to carefully enlarge the design onto a poster. This project challenged them to apply math in a creative and hands-on way—measuring, calculating, and scaling accurately—while also showing off their artistic flair. The posters turned out beautifully, with vibrant colors and precise scaling that truly bring the candy wrappers to life. We are so proud of their hard work and excited to showcase their talent!
